By using our website or placing an order via WhatsApp, you (“Customer”, “User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.


1. Eligibility and Acceptance

1.1 By using this site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

1.2 Your continued use constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in full, including any future amendments posted on the site.


2. Products & Authenticity

2.1 All products sold by BIG BRAND LOOT are original branded merchandise, procured through surplus, liquidation, and clearance sales. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit goods.

2.2 We strive to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate; however, we make no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or currentness.

2.3 We reserve the right to alter, discontinue, or restrict the availability of any product at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.


3. Order Process & Contract Formation

3.1 Orders are accepted exclusively through WhatsApp via the designated links or catalog.

3.2 An order is not deemed accepted until we explicitly confirm product availability and receive full payment.

3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion without obligation to provide a reason.


4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are final unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Payment must be made through accepted methods communicated via WhatsApp. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not offered.

4.3 In the event of payment failure, non-confirmation, or suspected fraudulent activity, the order shall be cancelled without liability.


5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Orders will be dispatched within 1–3 business days upon successful payment confirmation.

5.2 Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days. These are estimates only, and we are not liable for any delay caused by logistics providers.

5.3 We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the courier.


6. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

6.1 Returns are permitted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivery and must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by a clear unboxing video.

6.2 Refunds or exchanges will be issued only upon validation of the claim by our support team. Our decision in this regard shall be final and binding.

6.3 No returns or refunds shall be entertained for size, color preference, change of mind, or post-delivery dissatisfaction.


7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Under no circumstances shall BIG BRAND LOOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

7.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product purchased.


8. User Data & Privacy

8.1 By initiating a WhatsApp conversation or placing an order, you voluntarily provide your personal data including but not limited to name, mobile number, shipping address, and order details.

8.2 This data is used strictly for order processing, fulfillment, and post-sale communication. It is never sold or disclosed to third parties except for logistics and compliance requirements.

8.3 WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted. However, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks in digital communication platforms.


9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All trademarks, product images, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

9.2 All website content, including design, text, layout, and graphics is owned by BIG BRAND LOOT and may not be copied, modified, or reused without prior written permission.


10. Modification of Terms
