At BIG BRAND LOOT, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality branded surplus at unbeatable prices. As we operate on a limited-stock, no-restock model, please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing your order.

🔁 Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Wrong product received (wrong size, color, or item).
Damaged or defective product on arrival.
Missing item from the package.

⚠️ We do NOT accept returns for:

Size issues (please refer to size charts or ask before ordering)
Color variation due to screen lighting
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Late delivery caused by courier delays

📸 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a return or refund, the customer must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened.

This video:

Must show the shipping label clearly
Must capture the entire unboxing process without pause or cut
Must highlight the defect or issue clearly (if applicable)

Returns without unboxing proof will not be accepted under any circumstance.

⏳ Return Request Timeline

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report any issue.
Late claims (beyond 24 hours) will be rejected.

💸 Refund & Resolution Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

You will be offered either a full refund, replacement (if available), or store credit.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

🚚 Reverse Pickup

In rare cases where we agree to a return, the customer may be asked to courier the product back to our address at their own expense, unless otherwise arranged.
BIG BRAND LOOT does not guarantee pickup availability in all locations.

👑 One Piece Policy Reminder

We operate on a one-piece, first-come-first-serve basis — so replacement is subject to availability. If your product is out of stock, we will initiate a refund or offer store credit.
